   I visit there sometimes and it does have a selection of clothes, but the clothes are always lacking to me. Not that many great options, especially for the price, I hardly buy clothes from there. But the shoe selection is nice. Store is medium sized, with great changing rooms that are clean, and has sitting area. There's always clothes on sale but not the pretty ones. Wheelchair friendly.

   I rang the store the lady that answered did not even say hello newlook loughborough, I was unsure if i had the right number i had to ask if it was Newlook, I asked if she could check if she had a size i was after because i ordered jeans online which came the wrong size, her reply was..... cant you come ito store, i said no id like you to check first as im 23 miles away, her response was ring back we are to short staffed and im to busy, i was astonished, i told her to forget it, i will be writing a complaint !
