Fantastic first experience here, staff were so patient with my son, who doesn't like trying on new shoes, the woman sat with him for 10/15 minutes while he got used to each pair and gave great recommendations for shoes. Will be back for his next fitting
I’ve used this shop twice now and to be honest you won’t get better service or quality anywhere else (kind, patient and very helpful) They have a great range of shoes and prices. At the end of the day all children’s shoes are expensive wherever you go but they really understand the needs of the child. Clark’s don’t compare at all! Such a lovely shop - even my daughter (22 months) loves it in there.
Popped in today for my daughter’s first pair of winter boots. Laura was really helpful and managed to find the perfect boots. The experience was great too, we even got a little photo to mark the occasion. Would recommend to all local parents ❤️
Been coming to colourful soles for my kids shoes for a couple of years now and so glad we found them. Lots of choice lots of brands and really lovely staff. My youngest got her first school shoes today and is very proud of her certificate which is a lovely touch. My eldest is autistic and nothing is too much trouble to support her in a quiet appointment. We really appreciate it. Thank you so much. If you've never been to colourful soles then go, you won't be disappointed.
It was an absolute pleasure and an amazing experience start to finish visiting this shop for our little girls first shoe fitting. The lady was extremely friendly and went that extra mile to make the whole experience very special. They had a great selection of high quality beautiful shoes and we even received 2 polaroid pictures of our daughter in them which we will treasure forever! We will definitely be back. Fabulous shoe shop! Great selection and very professional, efficient and friendly service. Makes buying school shoes a pleasure! Fitting advice also spot on and we’re finding that shoes are often lasting us a whole school year. They have some super sale bargains too.
