   I wasn't particularly looking to buy three pairs of shoes ......but it was raining heavily and my feet were wet and cold. Just happened to be passing this store on our way back home. First and foremost UMAR was FANTASTIC - thank you so much for being so attentive and so kind as we went through quite a lot (number unknown) of different pairs. Secondly, the shoes themselves are quite interesting - you just slip them on - how wonderful is that?? Perhaps now you understand my purchase! Highly recommended.

   I called into the Highcross store on the 15th November to exchange some trainers and was served/assisted by MUSTAFA. He was amazing , listened to my needs and I left extremely satisfied. The Manager of the day, whom I forget to take her name was also amazing.Shere previously assisted my about 4 months ago and was extremely helpful. Thank you.

   Excellent service, I've been looking for comfortable exercise trainers for a while but always struggle with blisters with any new ones. The member of staff was fantastic and really new his stuff. Got a pair of the new easy slip on trainers and they are so comfortable, they where more than I wanted to pay but are so comfortable and I've had no blisters at all they where definitely worth the money.

   The customer service was absolutely brilliant, I was looking for a specific shoe as I need to fly out the country in a couple of days I spoke to a black guy in the leicester store and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and help me solve my problem now I’ve placed an order and I’ll be getting my shoes tomorrow. Wouldn’t have got what I needed so quickly, I would have given him a tip if the shoes were in store but they wasn’t so here’s a review for absolutely great customer service!
