I would give them 3 stars as they had a small range of petite in store but now after moving things around they've got ridden of it. I am 5ft and only fit in petite clothes. Normal range are too big on me. Please, please bring back your petite in store. Nearest place now is Fosse Park for the petite range. Not happy!

Amazingly kind staff. Got back to Rugby late because of my bus, but needed a parcel from Next and was unable to get it the next day. The staff were super kind and made an exception to get my parcel for me, despite the fact it was just after closing times. It was a really small act of kindness, but made my day.
The shop itself is very nice. I went in store today to buy cushions. I think I was the only customer shopping upstairs. There were two female staff working hard and one man in a black suit with an oriental appearance behind the counter. As I was the only customer I walked up to the counter and the man looked at me in disgust. He rudely said " wait there". He then called to one of the ladies who were busy working and said " you have a customer". She had to stop what she was doing to come and serve me. She was pleasant like you'd expect in a store. Why couldn't he serve me? Not sure if he's the manager but if so he showed a shocking example. He was then just walking around the floor looking relaxed and doing absolutely nothing. I felt sorry for those busy female shop assistants.
Tiny men's section - homeware and coffee shops clearly more profitable. No men's fitting room either.
Really nice, clean and tidy store. Staff there are very helpful and friendly. They do lots to help such as ordering things from their online store to your house if they don't have the stock in store which is great! Parking is usually very good at Elliots Field but is sometimes very busy but they've added more parking as the retail park expands which has solved that issue!
One of my favourite stores to shop in, quality Next products and the great smell of Costa Coffee....Bliss. The staff are great being helpful and patient with everyone and the store is always tidy. Roll on Christmas for Next is my goto this year.
It's a good clothes shop for me; the only place I've been able to find regular (and boot cut) jeans in my size (30 waist) and preferred light blue shade. Of course they have all the 'anti-fit' nonsense for young-uns too. Often only one item of each size & fit on the wracks, so none if someone else of similar dimensions had the same impulse as you earlier. So have ordered online and collected in store before. Good, cheap, plain t-shirts. One had stitching come undone, but was refunded, even a month later. Helpful staff. Parking outside is ample in the middle of week days, but gets ludicrously rammed full at weekends and busier tines.
