    Awful service. Arrived at 4pm today to collect a parcel and the staff member was stood behind the counter on her personal phone with earphones in while i had been waiting a substantial time for my parcel to come out. After 5-10 minutes staff member looked up and clocked me and quickly shuffled along on the till to ‘pretend’ to do something. Shocking customer facing service.

    Good delivery but why is your cotton fabric so cheap looking baby clothes look cheap because the cotton u r using is so bad . It never used to b but just lately it's the qaulity of primark. I'm very dissapionted.
