    SIX MONTHS WASTED: MISLEADING UK BASE, CATASTROPHIC SIZING, AND NO REFUND ​I sincerely regret not listening to the negative reviews before ordering from this company. My decision was based on the company's claim of being "UK-based," but the quality control and supply chain clearly originate elsewhere, with zero accountability. ​After a three-month waiting period, the shoes finally arrived. I followed their instructions and provided specific foot measurements, yet the product was completely unwearable. The shoes were so incredibly oversized that I could fit my foot and a hand inside. ​Believing it to be a one-off error, I immediately requested a replacement. This process, unbelievably, took another three months. When the second pair arrived, it had the exact same catastrophic sizing issue. Six months of waiting yielded two useless pairs of shoes. ​Following the second failure, I requested a full refund, but my requests have been completely ignored by the owner Arun Bowry. ​I am profoundly disappointed by this entire experience. The company misled customers on their production location, delivered two catastrophically failed products, and then refused to process a refund. DO NOT purchase here. Please, listen to the reviews... I wish I had.

    Arun of Dance Enterprise was so helpful, he went above and beyond to get some jazz shoes to me at extremely short notice! The shoes themselves were perfect- I had a very happy daughter.

    Avoid this terrible company. We ordered highland shoes for our daughters birthday at £32 and paid £5.50 for delivery. They did not get sent out for 10 days! We had to phone customer service which was a joke. Put on hold for ages and the person didn't have a clue about our order, cut off numerous times and had to call back. Shoes eventually arrived held together with a rubber band and cheap plastic sleeve, look like something sent from Teemu for £5, no box and sent 2nd class (£3.19) in a postage poly bag so don't know where the £5.50 comes into it? Now having to send back at our own cost as the shoes are quite frankly cheap looking and not at all the quality you would expect for £32. We will be informing everyone at our dance class to avoid this company who clearly don't care about customers and are happy to rip off people for shoddy products bought in from China and expensive delivery.

    Amazing customer service, communication and value for money. Highly recommend! Called through a google search and out of all the retailers in Leicester that came up, this Company was the only ones to answer the phone. Then i explained that i needed tap shoes today and they personally picked up 4 different sizes from their warehouse for my daughter to try and collect the same day (which was out of hours on a Friday night). Very happy customer will definitely be buying again!

    Arun provided an amazing service. Bespoke fitting service - silver ballroom shoes, made to measure (with outdoor soles). These were for my recent wedding. Fabulous service, with express service. Very beautiful shoes and comfortable for the day. Many thanks! Would highly recommend. (I'm sure great for dancing, but definitely for special occasions.)

    I would highly recommend for dance shoes! I was getting desperate for dance shoes as my daughter had a show coming up and I’d been let down by another company. The gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter had her shoes a day before the show! They sent it on next day delivery and kept me informed at all stages. Thanks both, will be back next year!

    This company sent me shoes that were not the size I ordered and they came in two sizes too large. You could see on the shoes that the packer put a sticker over the size printed on the shoe to make it seem like that was the size when it clearly was not. I asked for a replacement and they sent me shoes that were then four sizes too small and the wrong style. I keep asking to send the shoes back for a refund and the owner refuses to reimburse my money, send me the right size of shoes or have any solution at all. It's now been over a year back and forth with them, don't order from this company. Awful customer service. They responded to this review saying they could resolve the request but every time I email them they ignore my emails. Seriously, don't buy anything from them.
