Hennes, as we used to call it and I still do because I'm old - is a great affordable fashion shopping emporium, insofar as the stock, style updates, price point and layout goes. The problem with it is the lack of staff or possibly the miss allocation of staff. For example, and here's the thing - today I took my 7 year old daughter to our local store (it's a ten minute walk from our house). The shop was crowded, full of browsers and buyers. My daughter wanted winter trousers - we picked out 3 pairs, added a jumper and a hoody, all within 10 minutes. Then we spent another ten minutes waiting in a queue to pay! Ridiculous! A whole two story shop on a Saturday afternoon with one person on the till!! I mean, I get that cost cutting means staff lay offs - but at the cost of losing sales because customers don't want to wait for up to half an hour to pay? Crazy. Get the people wandering around moving clothes on rails at the pace of a snail on mogadon to stand behind the tills and smile and encourage shoppers to add items and qualify for your offers. My daughter was happy - and thrilled to walk home with her new clothes - but when she gets older and spends her own money, will she feel the same? I doubt it. You see - shopping is a people business. That's why physical remains and on-line hasn't killed it. But what will kill it is poor customer service and engagement on the shop floor and at tills. You should be investing in that. That's your only differentiation. Look at the photo below of a new, happy customer - this is your future. Are you actually still retailers?

The clothes are the same as online but if you fancy a 10minute queue at the checkout (even the self checkouts have a long queue) then go to the store, they must loose a lot of custom for this poor checkout service. Also the service when I questioned a price being marked with a discount but coming up as a full price on the till was met with a sheer look of disappointment, not sorry /of course I will fix this. Shame as the high street is dying but if the customer experience is this poor itβs not surprising.

Bought a shirt and paid at self scan. I forgot to take the security tag off and went back the next day. I didnβt take a paper receipt but I had the transaction on my banking app. They refused to remove the tag f for me even though the bank transaction was above the amount of the shirt. Really bad customer service, the manager made me feel like a thief, uncaring and rude! . Where is the good will? I spend lots of money in this shop but no longer will be doing so!

Love this store. So much to offer. Always lots of sizes. Always great offers on. And a great sale rack. Find a really great place to get my daughter playing white and black long-sleeve tops for school and PE kit. Staff are really lovely and helpful. And they do that clothes recycling thing where if you take a bag you get Β£5 off when you spend Β£25. Highly recommend.

I love this H&M, it's in the centre of Leamington Spa, it's huge, clean and the staff are always friendly. The only reason I've given it 4 stars and not 5 is because the lift seems to be broken quite a lot and I usually have my child in a pushchair which means we can't go up to menswear and children.

Lady at the checkout in a blue tracksuit didn't even bother to remove the tag from 2 items of clothes. Made to feel like I've wasted time and money.

Great destination for your clothing needs. So variety of options and that too in reasonable price. Also if you take the membership, you will get good amount of discounts as well. Perfect shop in the heart of the city.

Hey.. My photo is at the top.. Cool! On to the review... Just your average H&M, not many queues ever and a well layed out store with a great selection. Don't normally shop here because I am a man but there are male products.
