   Staff really need customer service training. Dominic was insulting and commented when I requested a refund "Not a great start to the day is it" !! Unable to refund in the method the item was paid for even with receipt and only 2 days later (size incorrect) never told refund would not come through for another 5 days!! Superdry really need to sort training and up there game as far as customer service goes!!

   Excellent service, nice shop and all round great attitude. Got a bargain pair of high tops for £20, reduced from £70 and when they weren't in store, the staff ordered them on the site, for store delivery. Excellent quality shoes, also suitable for vegans, if that's your bag, but just really well made and comfy. 10/10 from me.

   Would give zero but can't.. One of the co-founders of this brand has promised millions to fight democracy and the will of the majority of the British public in some kind of hateful anti-British anti-democratic show of petulance. We will not go to this horrible shop again.
