   Appalling service. Chap Called Isaac on the till seemed like he never served a customer before in his life! Doesn’t take a lot to smile, but these days it seems like that’s not the case. Avoid!!! Especially if you’re considering having a conversation with any member of staff here. Apart from a lady downstairs. She was lovely.

   Appalling! Drove 30 mins through literally hell just to get to the store to be told my goddaughter present was in store but they were unable to hand it to me as their scanners were out of order. No apologies and zero alternatives given just a shurg of their shoulders. Zero cst service. Also the fitting rooms are absolutely filthy and the floors covered in a thick layer of hair anf dust. Gross

   The toilets were disgusting messy and dirty. I mentioned this to a staff member who said the cleaner didn't come on a Sunday, just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. If the facilities can't be maintained to a hygienic, acceptable level then close them completely. No point risking your health in such a disgusting environment.

   I came here couple days ago and bought some shorts and t-shirt. The lady I been served was a blonde lady and she was absolutely amazing. Came back today because I had to collect an item and exchange a pair of shorts and I been treated absolutely bad. Today there was this guy short hair with a really bad attitude,seems like he didn't want to work in there. Plus I asked polite where the collection point was and he answer me back (angry) I have no idea try downstairs. If people do work for customer service they should be more kind and polite,if they don't like the idea to deal with customers CHANGE JOB! NEVER CAME BACK HERE AGAIN. That was absolutely ridiculous. In case someone would tell him off I came here on Thursday 6th of June at 9:15am.

   An amazing salesperson blond hair lady She was delightful and knowledgeable. Told me my suit is machine washable. Was just service with a smile. And enjoyed her company. Wished us well for are Forthcoming wedding do. Faultless

   Unfortunately, we were there on Monday, queued for 15 minutes because of a return item on one till and inability to print a receipt on another till. Assistant called for a manager who failed to appear, seems she was in the stockroom and didn't hear the call, she was unapologetic and said it wasn't her fault.
