Fast delivery, quality product. Recommended your brand by a friend after buying some boots from major UK retailer that were advertised as size 8 ladies when they were a 41 and were too small!
Decent pair of desert boots for the price. Real suede and stylish and sent promptly with no fuss. The only downside is they are not the most comfy on the soles (just cos theres no padding) but I've tried more expensive desert boots on and they weren't particularly padded on the soles either! Maybe its a desert boot thing!
Great pair of slippers, true to size. Quality is very good and like the support provided. Soles are hard wearing. It's the 2nd pair of these and been very pleased but time for a new pair as they are starting to look a little tired. Can't go wrong with a pair. I like the fact the material is of good quality but not too warm so good for all year around.
Really good service. Although the shoes did not fit and had to be returned, I really appreciated the speedy delivery, and returns process. No issues at all. In total a 4 day turn around. I will use this company again. Particularly as the don’t use EVRI
The worst customer service imaginable and I'd never shop with them again for that reason alone. Communication was lacking and when I did get a response it was simply to fob me off or not address my concern. They offer next day delivery at an extra cost but didn't deliver until 5 days later. The boots were as described and the only reason l've given two stars.
Nice boots at good price and sent out quickly. unfortunately had to return as not a good fit. Used prepaid label to return them which was really helpful. I saw that they were received by Shuperb on 12/1 but it took to weeks to acknowledge receipt of them. They are now saying up to a further two weeks to process the refund. Even allowing for strikes, sickness etc etc this is appauling customer service.
Unfortunately the shoes I wanted were out of stock they therefore send me a replacement which I unfortunately didn’t like. I had to pay £4 for a returns label on shoes I didn’t even want in the first place! Their communication was quick though.
Fantastic company, customer service was so good, I had to change the size of boots I had ordered, sorted without a problem. The ankle mud dog boots are just perfection, so comfy cosy and not heavy at all, definitely waterproof after the rain we have had in scotland. Brilliant company
Really happy with my purchase, nice quality and comfortable, they do make my feet look rather big but i think thats just the style of them, and my feet are big anyway. I bought the size 7 but I am sometimes a 6 and a half. But i think if I would have got the 6 and a half my toes might have pushed over the edge so better with a 7. I would have liked a little more cushioning on the soles but they are still adequately comfortable. Thanks, from Lisa.
