I came to Gates hinckley to the Pavers store last week. I desperately needed some boots. I have a nightmare because I have really wife feet. The staff went out of their way to help me. One lady in particular whose name i didn't know really helped me get some. Two pairs, actually. I was so happy. Thankyou so much to you all x

Really helpful and friendly staff who are willing to order shoes into the store for you. Good range of shoes to suit everyone, as the ladies shoes go from a size 2 to a size 9 in store. And they don't just stock Fly Flot and their own brand - they stock Van Dal, Sketchers and Bellisimo.
