   Jack & Sarah were absolutely amazing. Jack made the whole process of applying for a mortgage super simple and easy to understand. He explained everything that I needed to know and gave me professional advice that as a first time buyer is really helpful. Sarah was super attentive and kept up regular communication after the mortgage application had been approved right up until completion. Will absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a mortgage advisor in the future!

   I can’t recommend this enough! If you’re looking for honest, helpful and friendly mortgage advice without the fluff, this is the team to go with. Jack explained the mortgage process in a clear way with no pompous language. Everything was explained in simple terms so that you really understand what’s going on amd why each step matters. Sarah is very responsive and always checking on how the process is going without being annoying (the emails are timed in such way you don’t feel overwhelmed). I just wish my solicitrs were the same but that’s another review. Thank you Jack and Sarah!

   Gus has been absolutely great, exceptional in his work explained with lots of patience about all the products as we were first time buyer. We had to go with different lenders and Gus and Sarah were so efficient to submit application(5-6 times) to each lender when the mortgage rates changed. They always informed us when rates were changed and very quickly getting through to the application process. Sarah was always there to chase the lender for updates and get the information for us. The team is very professional and would recommend them for mortgage advisory. They are good in explaining building insurance and life insurance too and took time to give us various options to choose from. Well done Gus and Sarah!!

   Outstanding service provided by Sarah and Gus. They helped us obtain a mortgage and house insurance all at a brilliant price whilst removing a lot of the hassle in the process. Their duty of care to us as the client was also impeccable. They stayed in touch and were always on hand to provide advice throughout the process all the way up to completion day. Given that buying a house is often regarded as one of the most stressful tasks in life, I was very happy to have these guys on our side and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

   I would highly recommend the Mortgage Advice Bureau for mortgage advice, help and support. We have recently had a mortgage application accepted which was quite a stressful process given how the market is at the moment, but Gus and Sarah and the team at the Mortgage Advice Bureau helped us at every stage to ensure that our application was successful. Gus was brilliant in submitting our application in time on the very day that all the lenders were pulling their deals following the government's disaster of a mini budget and Sarah was been very diligent in ensuring that we have updates on the process and helping us with our building/contents insurance in a quick and professional manner. The fee was also very good value and totally worth it for the service on offer. Thank you for everything!

My partner and I were constantly informed about every step, and we never had to chase for information. Gus was available at any time to review rates with us, and also offered great advise and insights.
