   Jon and Laken were very helpful and made the process of applying for a mortgage very simple. They were always available to help with questions which we really appreciated. We also had Ryan help us with sorting out life insurance policies and again he was very helpful and friendly and took the time to go through all of our questions so we knew the cover suited our needs.

   I have been working with Jon Marle for my second mortgage and he is excellent, truly the best. He supported me with my first mortgage also, which was a shared ownership, and we were under 21 so it came with complexity and Jon was able to explain everything fully and help us secure our mortgage. Since then he has supported with our remortgages and now with our second mortgage! He truly cares about his clients, and makes time for us always, he responds promptly always and answers any questions. Sometimes it feels like he knows us better than we do! He’s so great, I even asked him to support my mother with her mortgage, and he comes with excellent recommendation! Really a pleasure having Jon on our side!

   About to complete on my first home and the service from Jon, Ryan and the team finding my mortgage and insurance has been amazing. I’ve spoken to other advisors in the past recommended by estate agents etc but always found the service long winded and sales-y. My purchase was a little complicated as I was made redundant part way through and Jon was very helpful in guiding me through the situation. Have recommended to friends and family, absolutely cannot fault the service.

Mark Hansard in particular was knowledgeable, diligent and meticulous. If I was to deal with the solicitors alone, no doubt it would've been stressful days and sleepless nights, but Mark kept on top of everything and managed to do it with a smile on his face. Would highly recommend. I would also like to thank Tom Perman, Marks fantastic assistant for his constant updates. A great team, worth every penny.

As a self-employed individual I find it difficult to get a decent mortgage rate but Matthew and James have worked tirelessly to find me the best rate, always chasing up the bank, completing the relevant paperwork and making sure I have been looked after. I would always leave my financial matters in their capable hands.
