Buy one get one free..... unless staff decide to withdraw from sale because shes made a mistake. Trading standards clearly display a price n then realise youve made an error, when I explain I know my rights she said well I'l withdraw from sale.
If you want a refund or exchange don't go in when the supervisor is on lunch as you wont get one. After ringing up customer services and eventually speaking to a manager greg on the phone was told i could be sent a pre paid label to post them back. Had to go back the day after and hopefully supervisor wouldnt be on lunch. poor and no customer service. staff had lack of knowledge i.e. what is your head offfice tel no. when will supervisor be back. maybe a sign up stating no refunds or exchanges during these times. will never return.
A good choice of footwear for all the family. Prices are very reasonable, plenty of offers. Located in Charter walk shopping centre. Staff are friendly and approachable.
