What excellent staff. Returned an item today 28/06/25 Stratford upon Avon which I bought for my wife. Also wanted to replace it. My receipt would not scan. This was no problem. Both staff members were so helpful, polite and professional. It's nice be treated as a valued customer. Well done.
Having bought an item for my husband's Xmas present whilst visiting Stratford in October, the shop and head office have refused me a refund and exchange today ( 30/1/25) on the grounds that more than three months had elapsed. We live an hour away, have commitments and cannot get to Stratford easily. The manner of the staff was unhelpful. Even if we acknowledge that the three months is a standard period for returns, which we did not know and were not informed of at the point of sale, we still feel the staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. We will not buy anything else from this businesss.
Great clothing store, free coffee and biscuits for partners not shopping.. Great idea.
