    Very happy with my experience here, went in to get a pair of school winter boots, and they didn't have them in stock in her size, so I was told I could click and collect. I told the cashier Sarah, it's a matter of urgency, so she checked the stock and said that the Nuneaton store had some in and if I could get there she would gladly ring them up.. I said yes, so she did. The lady at Nuneaton was quite rude to her on the phone, I don't know how she kept her cool. Would 100% rate Sarah as excellent customer service.

    Only 1 star because of the quality of the shoes. Bought last year end of August a pair of summer shoes worth £8 and worn them twice; this year worn them twice again and the external sole is torned. My socks are all wet now. Will need to throw them away :((
