   I've only previously used them for slippers but 3 months ago, found some really nice shoes which I liked so much I bought a second pair. Sadly and no fault of Shoezone, they both went faulty. Impressive reaction from the manager who arranged immediate replacements, no quibble. Really nice people and they seem to be stocking a more interesting range. Definitely worth a look.

   Would give it 0 stars if possible. Brought my lad school shoes 2 days ago. To big so tried to take them back and they won’t accept them in the condition they sold them!!! Clearly don’t understand consumers rights and I will be contacting head office

   Use to buy my shoes from there but over the past few times they have split after just a few days, worst customer service experience in my last visit as had to return some shoes as yet again split and had a manger blame me and tell me to go somewhere else and told other members of staff lies, took the matter to head office and got a full apology but still WILL NEVER RETURN!! Until the rude staff is gone.
