   Absolutely disappointed. I and my daughter went in for an emergency school shoe shopping this afternoon. There were two junior staff standing behind the till, one said “ Just to let you know we are about to close”, I realised the time so said “ok can we just have a look and leave?” She said “You have 30 seconds”. I thought fair enough so we decided to leave, the highlight was hearing them they laughing at us as we were leaving. They are rude, untrained junior staff who obviously don’t know what respect means and shouldn’t be left alone to deal with customers. Will never go back there.

   Fantastic experience, we went 3 days ago and were served by the brilliant Ryan. He was so very patient with our 3 small children and measured and expertly fitted each of them for a multitude of different shoes. We couldn't be happier and loved how despite one of our children wanting a certain style, he took the time to explain to him why they wouldn't be suitable as the fit just wasn't right and might end up hurting his feet. You just can't beat the Clarks experience for things like this and we'll be returning again soon no doubt!

   Went in to buy school shoes for my grandaughter. We hadn't booked an appointment so picked a ticket & waited for our number to be called which didn't take long. The young man who served us was polite & helpful. He measured her feet & found the shoes she wanted. A totally painless experience as we're in & out within 30 minutes. Definitely recommenx

   Terrible experience, shoes were faulty had a receipt, they asked to see the child. So asked his dad to bring him down to the shop . Once he was there they said he needed socks as they needed to measure his feet. He had no socks as he was wearing sandals due to heat. They asked my to get some socks, this continued until I said forget. Never again

   Their shoes are a must of your child wrecks everything they wear. You get what you pay for and despite being pricey, last as long as they fit and will still be fine to hand down for another 6 months wear.

   Jess, from the Leamington store on the Shires retail park, was amazing and was so helpful when we went in to look for a particular style of shoes. Although the store don’t usually stock them, Jess went out her way to find a pair which where in the stock room. Jess’s knowledge of the shoes and styles where brilliant and we are very thankful!
