It was a great place to buy shoes for all ages with amazing service, but sadly it has now closed down after many many years.
Best shoe shop for littles! Friendly experienced staff with fantastic knowledge of children’s shoes and what is best for children with special requirements. They are so excellent and put children at ease straight away. I got my shoes from here when I was a child and now take my daughter to get her feet measured and buy her shoes.
Bought school shoes for my son last week. Discovered mid week they had been rubbing his heel. Popped back to see the team and they couldn't have been more helpful. Worked with my son, trying on more shoes than I can count, to get the right fit. (It seems he has odd sized feet!) A wonderful, knowledgeable team.
The service was amazing. I needed a new adult shoe size, and they were very helpful in finding out what my proper size should be. Also, the shoes turned out to be much chaper than expected. Five stars.
After I tried many shops in Coventry finally I brought Skechers shoes for me and my wife in this store. They have good collection of branded shoes. This Store is at corporation street near to Coventry City centre which has very easy access to reach. I recommend to visit.

I'm very sorry to say my experience has been a bad one, l bought a pair of sketchers for 79.99,the stitching around the laces started to come apart, i called into the shop with the shoes and a guesstimate of when i had purchased them to be informed correctly i needed proof of purchase which i managed to find, so two day's later with the shoe's and proof of purchase thinking thing's would be sorted only to be told that the deputy manager couldn't do anything about it without the manager who I had spoken to 2 day's earlier being there OK i get that but not once did the deputy manager apologise for my inconvenience, or ask for contact number so the manager to contact me instead she made me feel very embarrassed and the feeling i was trying to pull a fast one. This was all going on infront of other members of staff and customers, I wanted to come back in and get this sorted but I'm going to be honest i don't want to be made to feel like that again, in conclusion the customer service was appalling and left me very upset about the whole ordeal and i will not be shopping in their again

Agers is a lovely local business who provide excellent customer care and a high quality service. The range of shoes is excellent, and the fitting service is amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my family's feet.
Nice traditional shoe shop, particularly good for kids as stocks a good selection and has very friendly staff who are used to dealing with small children. Can get very busy around the end of school holidays with everyone going back to school. They do allow you to book slots, otherwise there's a ticket queuing system.
