   Excellent customer service. I went in yesterday with my two daughters for new shoes and wellies. We were served by Ami. She was extremely helpful and kind to my children and they left very pleased with they lovely, very comfortable new footwear. The staff there are always really friendly and knowledgeable, I will never take the girls anywhere else now!

   We've never had any problems at this store...always helpful, it never seems too busy...might be because we shop for s hool shoes a little over a week after kids go back to school, nice big carpark..but gets very busy (carpark) on a Saturday..

   After reading other reviews I think we must have dealt with weekend staff. They were disinterested and not helpful even after I told them I wanted to purchase 2 pairs. No one came over to help and when prompted he said they didn't have much in my size, no offer of an alternative. I asked if I could have my feet sized, he rolled his eyes and collected the measurer. Then measured one foot and walked away. He said they had some of my actual size in the styles I liked and off he went. Came back with some but all had one shoe in so we had to find the right size from the display, we couldn't find the right size. He came back and said "oh no, we haven't got your size so I got smaller sizes" they didn't fit. I bought a size too big and left. Very disappointed. When the prices are so high, you don't mind paying it if the staff are knowledge and their service is good. I won't be returning.
