   If only this store was bigger to hold more stock. I love this store and their merchandise. Staff are frendly, service is fast and always a sale rack with items on sale which helps in these difficult times to have a treat without breaking the bank.

   I heard today how the manager at this store and the staff treated a lady I know. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I will never go to a river island again. Disgusting.

   Disgusted at how you let your RUGBY STAFF treat customers. How callous and evil do you have to be to refuse someone with a medical condition from using the toilet? SHAME ON YOU. Your policies are shameful. Your Rugby staff are cruel. Will never spend my money with you again!

   Just wanted to return item, got told that it was worn therefore return won't be accepted. Not very nice experience being accused of something that you haven't done. Not even been explained if I have any other options. Just told "It has been worn can't do anything". IT HAS NOT BEEN WORN AS IT IS WRONG SIZE GIFT. Only when I rang customer services I was told that store should offer me for the item to be sent back for the second option. River Island, NEVER AGAIN!!!!
