Such rude staff, Came to try on clothes and the lady with a hijab was muttering to the offer staff member asked me if I was going to purchase before I try it on. When I tried this on as it was too big , I gave her it back she then went and said I knew she was just going to just try it on and muttering to the other lady next to her. Well obviously people are gonna try clothes on before they buy them , you are a clothes shop -_- .
Visited this store on Sunday 6th October 2024. I had a look around I seen an outfit that I liked online which they had in store so i asked the lady to help with my sizing. I asked if she got my size she stated I only have a S or M when I asked to try the M on she was very rude and disrespectful about this stating no body comes in to try on outfits that they have seen online. Refused to speak and provide simple customer service to me and my family she kept repeating and mumbling which made us feel very uncomfortable. Will not be visiting this shop again can’t provide simple customer service, no manners and very rude.
Love the service at Aroush designer studio it is absolutely warming and welcoming. Both mother and daughter are helpful when it comes to advice in clothing and will always work around a problem if there is one. All clothing Is good quality and lasts a really long time.
Naila provided a very high standard customer service. This designer studios provides excellent quality clothes for the best price compared to many places in Bradford. Highly recommended!

Came around 2 weeks ago The lady here was so so nice at the beginning. But when I tried the suit and decided I just didn’t want it due to my own personal choices ( bearing in mind I’m the one paying from MY money ) she just got really rude and ignorant. Gave salaam as I walked off and she didn’t respond. This is why shops shouldn’t take it so personally. Rizq comes from Allah. I wasn’t rude I tried it on as it caught my eye but realised it just wasn’t for me because I don’t suit light colours. I used to like this boutique as I have purchased from here before but experiences like this where shops make you feel guilty or patronise you for not buying put you off going back altogether. It will be a store I probably won’t visit again which is sad. Please don’t feel guilty into buying something you DONT want and DONT let others talk you into or make you feel bad I’m not buying so either.
Outstanding Customer Service at Aroush Designer Stuido. The lovley lady Naila went above and beyond to arrange a perfect Suit for my mother, was out of stock due to the high demand for my second order, Naila managed to get her way around to source me a second pair, this i dont see often tbh so was highly appreciated. Any one looking for the current modern yet clasic style in Asian Women wear, Aroush is the Spot !
