Wonderful customer service. The team changed our dress to the size we needed and resolved an issue with the beads. The Rafia range of clothes are beautiful.
Owner lady agrees to something over text and then starts denying it, during the month of Ramadan. Takes a special level of immoral to deny what you have in writing. She pushes you into sales because she’s money hungry and will take advantage if she sees you really like something. Not to mention colour wasn’t as promised when it arrived and I was told I’d get my money back but didn’t.

The worst place i have ever been to. Ordered 7 dresses for a wedding, however it came back the wrong shade of colour. A lot of other mistakes on the dresses too. Even though we paid full price for it she still said she will alter it if we paid her extra £10. She would not own up to her mistakes!! Please beware of this shop.
