   Visited Charles Ager in Kenilworth today to get my daughter's feet measured for new school shoes to be told that they don't measure feet anymore as "in Lovkdown, everyone did it themselves". This is not an acceptable experience when children will need regular feet measurements ad they grow. The woman at the shop said we don't even stock Clarks anymore anyway but you could try Coventry. We deliberately didn't go to Coventry as the road works are pretty bad and it is more expensive to park. Not a great experience and not very customer friendly at all.

   We have tried this store a number of times and there is one grumpy old woman who is rude to everyone - expecting robotic, immediate reactions from every customer, including my autistic son. Some of the other staff are fine, but there have been a number of occasions when we arrived after in the afternoon to find the store closed before hours. This includes today when we arrived at 4:40 but left as a result of the terrible service and she locked the door behind us before 4:50

   Oh wow! I was shocked and amazed how RUDELY I was spoken to and treated by a female member of staff who appeared very frustrated and unhappy in her life. And I believe I was treated as such because I was not White!!! All I wish to convey to this lady is to reflect on her attitude and demeanour. Its not what you say, its how you say it. You will keep on being unhappy in your life if you don't realise how rude and abrasively you treat other people. Life is too short. Even after being treated so badly, I bought a pair of shoes from them. The shop has good selection of shoes but staff need to be trained on customer service.
