My poor experience is with the online service, the delivery service and the customer service. It was dreadful. Nothing wrong with the shoes, just the inflexible customer and delivery service. Retraining is the solution. The company values need to be reassessed and modified according to the customer's individual needs. Could I do a better job myself? Definitely. And I would if I had the chance. This might be the time to start up a competitive business in quality shoe delivery and make a success of it. Shoes ordered and paid for on Monday morning. Arrived on Thursday afternoon, from Warwick to King's Lynn.
