   i love this zara it is one of my favourite shops to visit in leicester and i really enjoy the organisation and variety of styles available in womens clothing. there is a lovely worker there named georgia who always makes some time to make sure i don’t need any assistance whilst managing how busy it can get in there! she is super kind and very helpful.

   I visited Zara in Highcross Leicester on Tuesday 7th October and had a very upsetting experience. I asked a staff member named Georgia for help and she was extremely rude, mocking and condescending for no reason. I noticed she was polite with other customers, which made me feel singled out and discriminated against because of the colour of my skin. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning to this store.

   Good layout but absolutely terrible experience with the staff at the changing rooms. Never coming into this Zara again. Left to hang clothes alone on a filled rack with no help, with some falling out of my hand on the floor and no one bothering to help me. Even other customers came to ask me things thinking I was working there. Absolutely horrible and shameful attitude, rude stares and cold attitude. Some clothes displayed were dirty, filled with makeup stains or missing buttons. Had stellar better experiences at other Zara stores in London and Cambridge. Never shopping here again.

   Manager was really helpful ( till staff not so much ) HOWEVER, the linen shorts I purchased last year for my holiday, worked 2-3 and washed 1 time have come away on both pockets. Really poor quality do not buy. All I was asking for was an exchange but they would not get me one. I won't be shopping there again. If ZARA would like to contact me to resolve this complaint then please do..... .

   Returned an item today. Was the second purchase of the same item with the same fault. After the manager checking the item I heard the assistant say “did she have the right receipt” . She meaning me. As though I was trying to return something in a dodgy way. I had already should the QR code with the correct item on there. It’s not the first time I have witnessed rudeness from staff in the Leicester store.

   Manager working on Fridays is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. The cashier at the return desk was nice and helpful, however the customer service will make me think twice before entering the shop again.

   Awful customer service. Wanted to exchange a dress as was wrong size. Was told I could not as my receipt was 2 days ‘out of date’. I explained that when I brought it the man on the counter said this would be waivered as it is Christmas and the store would happily honour exchanges at Christmas time. The manager on the day made me feel like a criminal for wanting an exchange. Said I needed to ring customer services and get a ‘case number.’ She said that it was her decision not to honour the receipt. Such a rude horrible lady. Will never be using any Zara store again after this experience. Totally disgusted

   So there is a lot of lovely stuff to see in the castle and a rich history. However there is a vast amount of castle not open to the public. This side of it can be done in an hour or so. This means the majority of the activities are walking round the grounds. Frankly some aspects of this has seen little to no effort aesthetically and a tad disappointing and if it was wet weather would be unpleasant
