Such a lovely place, the service is excellent from start to finish and then more. We bought our washer and American style fridge from here and the two delivery gentlemen ensured it got delivered straight to our door with some heavy lifting
Oven was lovely and everything we thought it would be. HOWEVER, the man who came and fitted it was so unbelievably arrogant, rude and just seemed like he didn’t want to be there to fit it for us at all. Totally disrespectful. All professionalism was out the window at that point as he simply didn’t want to be there to do the job. He was highly rude to my mother and step father. The company had said they have had complaints about him before however cause he’s the business owners son (apparently) I’m assuming why nothing has been done about it. Wish we told him to get out the house at the time! Just be aware.

Unbelievable customer service. We weren't even in the country and they sorted out a fridge for one of our tennants in the same day as us contacting them!! Delivered and installed and then let us know it was all done. HIGHLY recommended
I can't praise these guys highly enough. We had been let down badly by another retailer and were desperately needing a Fridge Freezer. The guys down at Direct Discounts were super helpful in helping us to choose something that was exactly right for our needs and even delivered it the very next day, on a Saturday. Unlike the other supplier who refused to deliver until the following Thursday, and who would not assist in getting the Fridge Freezer (sourced from CostCo) into our home (the doors needed to come off) even though we had paid for this service, Direct Discounts helped with everything. The took away our old American Fridge Freezer and removed the doors from the new one and re-assembled it in our kitchen. An outstanding service, which highlighted how poor the service was from a major retailer. Thank you Direct Discounts. This wasn't our first purchase here and it won't be our last.
WOW! Ordered a dishwasher at 09.10. Got confirmation of despatch at 09.14 and raced the van to get home before the van turned up on the drive. By 09.42 the guys were back in the van, with the old dishwasher, and away. Don’t think I’ve ever had service as efficient or pleasant. I recommend these guys unreservedly.
I have bought several appliances over the years from Direct Discount at Halifax. Last Saturday I rang and ordered a new Fridge Freezer for my mother whose Fridge Freezer had just packed in and they delivered on the Monday. The delivery guys were great and made sure it was in place and took the old one away even though it was not easy to get in or out. From start to finish I dealt with four members of staff who were all very helpful and polite. Excellent service, well done!
Brilliant service. Tumble dryer broke on Sunday leaving me with lots of wet washing. Delivered my new dryer Monday lunchtime. Even unwrapped it all for me. Well done to you and your workers
Excellent. From the service received by Richard in the Halifax store. Great price. Quick delivery and Paul who fitted the machine could not been more professional and polite, fitted dishwasher took old one, no fuss, no mess. There was an issue called Halifax branch so helpful and reassuring. Paul was here within a couple of hours fixed the issue immediately. Cannot recommend more highly, excellent value but priceless customer service and aftercare
