Good service received. Slight issue to begin with where the item was despatched but tracking information didn’t work and parcel was untraceable, how ever this was quickly resolved after the suppler contacted me. Good customer service and the item has now been greatly received thanks.

Came to to check my usb at the shop, Omar was polite and friend he recovered my usb and didn't charge me a penny hence I felt the need to put this reveiew, recommended to all
I needed a repair on my TomTom lead (which looked like it was moulded into the device). Omar dealt with the TomTom efficiently and professionally. Omar was honest and polite; and approachable. As a woman, one can feel uncomfortable entering a gadget shop; and fortunately, I felt totally at ease by the manner Omar showed - which was respectful and kind; and above all honest (worth a second mention!) Hence I felt the need to write this review!
Lol nothing prestige about this place. Lots of used mobile phone, old stock, cheap gimmicky bling. Save yourself time and money by avoiding this shop. Also find out what the refund policy is before you part with your ££££

The owner is an arrogant man who is nothing but a professional scammer - not only are old phones incredibly overpriced, but even the services which he carries out are of unsatisfactory standard. The owner finds immense satisfaction in entrapping customers with his 'no refund policy', something you should be highly aware of - as you will not be acquiring your money back. If you are seriously considering visiting this shop - I would urge you to think twice, and if you don't believe me, have a look at what other people have said about his shop. It won't take you long to find numerous negative reviews (no wonder he does not permit Facebook users to review his failing business, he is afraid of the bad publicity). Go to Bradford Town instead to get your phone fixed, you'll thank me later.
THIS STORE MUST BE AVOIDED. The store representative 'Omar' is a THIEF, sold a refurbished phone as Brand new (samsung galaxy note 3), we then had problems with the screen, took it to samsung as it was 'under warranty', they informed us that the phone was tampered with, we took it to the store, Omar took the phone for repair at 'samsung', this took place 3 years ago, we've not seen the phone nor the £300 pounds we paid ever since. We've even taken him to court and he didn't correspond. THIS STORE MUST BE AVOIDED unless you want to be scammed by this liar.
