Great friendly,helpful staff went in to find out if they had a certain shoe in a 11 for my son. As it wasn't available online the 2 very nice ladies went out of their way to accomadate me even looking in other stores and advised they could order them in for my son to try on. Excellent customer service above and beyond 5 stars

The shoes are great quality but the service is not. My child had a shoe fitting and the person serving us was so rude and stuck up. My child was trying to chat to her and you could tell she wasn't interested. This is so disappointing. I paid for the shoes and left and as I walked out there door I could hear her muttering things about me. Wont be returning
It's OK. The service is a bit patchy - sometimes you're straight in, other times you have to wait aged and don't even get acknowledged. It's quite a small branch - or it seems that way because they seem to carry limited stock. Try it, you might find that they have your size and that you get served quickly, just be prepared for a wait and disappointment. On the plus side, if they don't have your size you can usually pick up a healthy discount on their website!
