Sort of fell into the store by chance. Very happy we did. The owner was exactly the opposite of most sales people. He seemed genuinely concerned that we got the right fridge and dishwasher and not the most expensive ones he had. He offered plenty of advice and even gave us some recommendations for restaurants around the area as we are new to Leicester. He delivered the both items promptly, going out of his way to help us get our new home ready. Very impressed by this ambassador for Leicester city.

Incredibly honest. As my old fridge had been leaking water, the salesman explained what the cause was but providing it was keeping the proper temperature, I should hang on to my 30 year old fridge as it was built to last whereas new fridges have only a 4 year expectancy. I was ready to buy a new one but he talked me out of it. How many sales people would have passed up the chance of a sale. Well worth a visit, it,s very unlikely you,d get ripped off.
