   We are absolutely delighted with our new Rangemaster & Extractor, Bosch American Fridge,Amica Wine Cooler all at a very pleasing. Competitive price with First class service and prompt and safe delivery, they even took the packaging away! So pleased I returned today to buy a new Bosch Condenser Dryer! Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend! All the staff are very knowledgeable & helpful but special thanks to Kieran who went the extra mile

   Our 15 year old CDA range oven had seen better days, after looking around and not finding anything we liked we stopped into Affordable Appliances by chance. A brief chat with Kieran and Lisa and we'd bought a new Smeg with delivery a week later. Friendly, knowledgeable people and we feel good knowing our money has gone to a local business rather than a faceless national.

   We recently had a fireplace and gas fire from John at Affordable Appliances. He is always our first port of call for any electrical appliances and gas fires. We have been using him for about 25 years and the service and goods are always excellent. We are delighted with the fireplace and gas fire recently purchased. John could not have done more to help us or indeed have been more patient. Mark came and removed our wood burner and fitted the new fireplace and fire and he was brilliant. We cannot thank John and the rest of his staff enough for the help and service provided and highly recommend Affordable Appliances.

   Absolutely brilliant! I purchased my machine last month and wanted to make sure that it worked properly before writing a review. A friend recommended Affordable Appliances to me as I need a washing machine. I went in with my daughter and viewed some of the machines on offer.The sales team (a gentle man and a lady) asked me general questions inc how many washes I do a week ect. and directed me to a mid-priced machines that suited all my needs. They even showed me how to operate the self clean button as the instruction booklet was not clear. I was not pressurised into buying anything and they were happy for us to go have a cuppa to discuss the machines that I was interested in and to take look on line to see if I could find them any cheaper. They even gave me photo copies of the machines that I was interested in!! Their prices were better than anywhere else!! I returned and paid for the washing machine I wanted and it was delivered and fitted on the Wednesday! ( Visited the shop on the Monday) (They even took my broken machine alway) all for a very reasonable fee!! Machine is working brilliantly! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

   Another very satisfied customer. From the initial enquiry to the final installation everything was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. Although there was a slight hitch, which was no fault of Affordable Appliances, John, and the extremely capable installation engineers, were determined to sort it out to ensure customer satisfaction. This supplier provides a service which the Internet can never match namely, personal service. Thank you very much for a job well done.
