   I purchased two usb stick both are faulty . I left both for them to check . I called today dated 5th September 2024 . I was told they are faulty by a lady on the phone . I asked for a refund and was told I can not be given one .due to the wait times I had ordered a much better one online .. the previous owners whom I’ve known all my life would never treat a customer like this. I do have the number for VIC i may call him . To conclude I told the lady on the phone to keep the money and give it to charity. It’s obvious they need the money more than I do . BE PROUD OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE
