Got some staff t-shirts done in various colours and they were all lovely. Good quality and printing, all my staff loved the colours. Very good customer service , got me the right option because i didn't really know what was best to go for. Definitely use again. Thank you from karoliners kitchen.
Excellent customer service. I needed both 't' shirts and polo shirts with a new business logo. The staff were very helpful and gave me good advice as to design and colour combinations. I was kept informed by whatsap from the start to finish of the process which was less than a week for the finished products. I am delighted with my purchase and highly recommend this company.
Ignore what the 1☆ person said. I couldn't rate these any higher. Good quality printing and the service has honestly been outstanding. Will definitely be using again.
What can I say about this place !!! Omg the service has been amazing ! We called a bit unsure about designs and what we wanted. We spoke with Ian who advised us to have a look at some different fonts colours, photos etc and pop in. We went in with some ideas nothing set in stone, he told us he would work on this and send us over an idea. He did so duly and the print was amazing !!! They had done such a wonderful job!! When we picked them up they were all pressed folded and packaged !! For the price we paid we were so over the moon as this place is so reasonably priced but the service is is priceless! Do not listen to the silly reviews ! Ian and his team are amazing !!
Took 16 t shirts in to be embroidered on the front, however when I collected them they had been printed instead, as I needed them for the weekend there wasn't time to change them...wasn't offered any recompense or even an apology.
Slightly hesitant to use this place after seeing the other review at 1 star but very glad I gave it a chance! Had the complete opposite experience, staff could not do enough to help me and were very polite and accommodating. I was very happy with the price they quoted me, actually surprised how cheap it was. They squeezed me in despite clearly being busy and me turning up last minute. Will definitely use for all my future tshirt printing needs.
Disrespectful. I went in to this shop to have 1 letter added to a vest I plan on wearing for a marathon. Very runs staff, wanted to charge £10.00 and tried to justify this . When I mentioned I'm running for a children's charity this was met with the same answer. Poor service and won't be using them in future. What they failed to realise is I have 500+ employees who all require labelled PPE.
