Decent sized store but not a massive amount for ladies here - men's there is alot more (they get half the store), women's and kids are spilt over the same floor space that mens clothing gets. There were alot of trainers for women when I visited but all in smaller sizes - might just have been on that particular day though!

Couldn't resist driving by as not usually in this area. Love a factory Nike shop. Some good bargains found as per usual with this retail brand wasn't disappointed..

Good store, large, clean, convenient location, I just think the McArthur Glenn Nike store (Mansfield, jct 28 M1) tends to have a slightly better selection of offers that suit me and my family.

I’ve been coming to this place for a while now, and one thing that always stands out is the professionalism of the staff. No matter how busy it gets, they remain calm, composed, and always willing to help. It’s not just about one good experience—this level of service is consistent every time I visit. I’ve also heard similar feedback from others, which speaks volumes about the dedication of the team here. They manage to handle high demand without compromising on quality service, making every visit a positive experience.

Staff are friendly and really helpful. Shop is nice but however don't expect to find the latest trainers no air Jordans or a great variety of air Max. Did mention to the staff that I was a little bit disappointed in the variety of trainers they said it's an outlet store not really a superstore. You will find the newest selection in JD but don't write this shop off straight away as they seem to have a lot of sales of 30% off. Definitely worth a look but just remember you're not going to get the newest styles here.

Asked an assistant to check the price on a garment that was unlabeled. By her reaction you'd have thought I'd asked her to single handedly demolish the store and rebuild it with her bare hands. Person at the checkout was no better. Surly, unfriendly and only reluctantly helpful. I'll shop online instead.

I have a 14 year old daughter. Need I say more. We went on a mission to get her a pair of school type trainers. Hugo came to my aid I don't do shopping at all I'm in done and out finished Hugo remmended air max . His hard work payed off .we left the store happy. My daughter because she got the size and style that she wants. Me because the price was right A big thanks to Hugo And merry Xmas all

Great selection of shoes, trainers etc and the staff go out of their way to help out. Not sure if its a new thing but I found the other day that it's possible to pay for goods directly to floor staff rather than at a til. Nice feature.

Young lad was aloof when i asked where the mirror was to have look...the mirrors are in the worst place you could put them, blocking everyone's way, weird unfriendly atmophere, also, when I went to the cash desks too pay, only to be told she'll be right back with my change, which was over somewhere else in the store - Doesn't seem to have clear roles or customer-care training. Seems a bit of a self-service thing happening...You find a trainer 'On Show', then find it in the 'rack' above or below the trainer - which no one explains or is obvious - then - that the 'Big' printed size on the box is an American size - so you have to look for a size smaller, the get your UK size. Quite a strange shopping experience.
