   Wow, the rudest staff I think I’ve ever encountered in an Oliver Bonas. Didn’t greet me nor make eye contact and talked over me. Could not care less. When I showed a voucher I had been sent, she just said in a quick but monotone way “that’s online only” as if I had already wasted enough of her time. I found the tiny ‘online only’ note buried in the email terms and conditions, later. I guess it’s just temporary holiday staff? I hope so. The irony is that this voucher was only sent to me because it’s been a long time since I last shopped there… good reminder why.

   Terrible experience on a Sunday afternoon trying to return an item purchased online. Inept staff and I was kept waiting for almost half an hour while they tried to fix their error. Head office agreed with me that the service I'd had was abysmal and training obviously needed.

   My first time visiting an Oliver Bonas store in a recent trip to Leamington Spa but wow was I impressed!! Such a fabulous array of clothing, all excellent quality and I was delighted to see they cater for a good size range. A special mention to the lovely assistant who was working near the jewellery section as I waited for my friend to try a dress on... She was super knowledgeable about their clothing and what would suit me and gave me confidence to embrace my body shape... I left there feeling so impressed and can't wait for their new store in Solihull to open near me now!
