   Ordered food off the app. Arrived 40 mins after the time it said it would. The order was incorrect. Called the restaurant and they said they’d deliver the rest in 15 mins. During that time we found hair in the food! We called the restaurant to cancel the rest of the food and demand a refund, as we had paid in cash we were told we couldn’t have a refund unless we came into store. Disgusting and unacceptable

   Good point were that all the food came and nothing missing. Bad points. We ordered two chicken curries. Both portions were small and very tasteless. Also ordered chicken balls with bbq sauce. The balls were extremely greasy and the sauce was so thin. My wife had duck which was very dry. The chicken fried rice wasn’t very nice either. I don’t recommend going again. It was also expensive.

   Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering so partly my fault!! Ordered from Abbey cottage as usual place (Hong Kong) closed on a Tuesday. Very pricey but decided to try as we had a 20% off first order. Food came over an hour later and was tepid. Delivery driver miserable as anything. Spent around £35 and given no complimentary prawn crackers (bit penny pinching if you ask me!) Taste of food was only ok- everything tasted vaguely of burnt like it was from a burnt pan or something. Egg fried rice had little black bits in that we picked out but now regretting eating it. Definitely wouldn’t order from A.C again unfortunately.

   The take away chow mein was ok, if a little dry & overcooked. But the lemon chicken was possibly the worse lemon chicken I've ever tasted. Dry, hard overcooked lumps of fried stuff, and inside a very small amount of shrivelled hard chicken. A lot of the dish was just pieces of hard batter. Tasted like it had been fried more than once. The lemon sauce was watery with gloopy lumps. I won't be going back.

   I wouldn't even give a 1 star, all food was cold, chips clearly old and re cooked, all meat dishes were most veg and even then burnt! Ribs? More like knuckles swimming in water! Absolute waste of £60, don't order unless you like cold burnt tastless food swimming in grease

   Literally one of the worst takeaways I've had, hate to be that guy aswel. The ribs were soggy and swimming in oil, and the chow mein was dryer than the Sahara desert. One extreme to the other. Will not be coming back unfortunately

   After 4 and half hours travelling back from Blackpool. We were looking forward to a Chinese meal. Had chicken omelette and chips. Chips were either reheated or double cooked. They were cold when we got them. Waited 1 hour for delivery.
