No one should go to this store, they charge very high prices for service and they don't fix phones, they only take money, please
Forceful sales man and always repeat best price for you etc wanted £20 for a plastic sceen protector - you can get one for £5 from Amazon!
does just look up cex cash price for phones and offer slightly less than that, guy behind the tills also rude, there’s another shop just outside of the shopping centre, nicer in there and gave a far better price for phone value.
I believe in right to repair, having a shop local which sells high quality phone parts at reasonable prices is good, the shop attendant spent time to make sure I was buying the correct part and that if there were quality issues returns would be accepted. Thanks for your help
I’ve just popped in to replace my iPhone screen and the guy was quick and professional and very helpful and got the job done in under 30 minutes but if I was you definitely come here!

Cannot recommend this shop enough! From the second I walked in the owners were really attentive and listened to the issue I was having with my frozen phone. I was so impressed with the worker's knowledge and speed at which he diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was so generous, he did it for free... I'm ever grateful for this gesture and so happy I went there. I encourage you all to go and get your phones fixed here, you won't be disappointed!
