   The staff at Howdens in Warwick kindly offered to order spare parts for my fridge freezer as I needed another glass shelf with trims and an egg container. I wanted to be sure the shelf was the right one before I paid for it so didn't want to order on-line. The items were ordered in June and I finally collected them in September. The service from Lamona spares was dreadful. There were a number of different delivery attempts to either the wrong address or the shelf was found to be broken. If you try to call Lamona spares you just get a number that sends you round in endless circles and no one ever answers it! Despite all these difficulties and my increasing irritation, they were always polite, helpful and understanding. They tried to solve the problem by offering me a shelf out of the display fridge freezer but it was a different size. When I did finally collect it, they let me have it for free. Full marks to Howdens store, no marks to Lamona spares.
