   I have been a regular customer at this branch for some time, and my experiences have generally been positive—particularly with a member of staff named Beth, who has always been helpful and professional. However, during my visit on Wednesday, I had a very disappointing experience. I was paying using change and, as I began counting the money, I overheard a staff member named Ethan say to his colleague, “I always do this.” This remark was unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. When I raised the issue, Ethan became defensive and aggressive, stating, “I didn’t mean it in a bad way, we actually need change.” Regardless of intent, the comment and the manner in which the situation was handled were unprofessional and inappropriate. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received on this occasion. As a result, I will not be returning to this branch in the near future. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention and hope it can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Kind regards

   I was served by a lady called Kirsty yesterday evening and she was so helpful, kind and pleasant! Helped me with deciding which seasonal hot chocolate flavour to try and was overall very helpful. As a side note the mint hot chocolate was amazing so thank you for the suggestion!

   Awful customer service. I’m a regular customer loved coming to Costa as of now because of the disgusting attitude from the orange tanned man and alongside with the lady who burnt the cheese twist I had gotten which I actually at first thought was a chocolate twist. Didn’t bother saying anything as they would’ve given more attitude with the way they were being. get a hold of the basics of customer service please. The staff being like this ruins the atmosphere of what Costa should feel like :)

   My first time at Costa in Bradford and it was great. We went for a bite to eat with the kids and the staff were extremely helpful. The lady serving me saw that I had my hands full with the kids and drinks so insisted in helping out and bringing the remaining order to the table. Lovely atmosphere with some business meetings and friendly gatherings as well. Will definitely go again when I'm back in Bradford. Thank you Costa Bradford
