   I used MDFS Mortgages to secure a property and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Bill was extremely helpful, explained everything in plain English and also listened so he could help us to make the best informed decision on which product was right for us. Their portal kept track of all the documentation that was needed and showed what was still outstanding so we knew what was required or outstanding at each stage of the process. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and wholly commend them on their service at the same time.

   We had a really positive experience getting a mortgage with Terry. He was knowledgeable, unbiased, and really easy to get hold of. We felt really secure knowing that at least this part of the anxiety-inducing purchase process was safely being taken care of! We particularly appreciated that Terry listened to our specific needs and worked out the best mortgage available to meet those, rather than pushing any sort of particular product. He gave us great advice on how long to fix our mortgage for, which given the current economy and interest rates, will have saved us a significant amount of money. I have no doubt that when we purchase our next property we will use Bills services and I would highly recommend him to everyone! I particularly appreciated Bills transparency, walking me through the affordability calculator and making sure I was educated on what everything meant, as this was a process to me.
