   A shockingly poor service for an exhorbitant fee! No timetable provided at the outset for the activity. No single contact point assigned so no clarity on who in the team is dealing with your work at any point in time. Almost no proactive communication to update on progress. You have to keep chasing up routinely and consistently. Not all team members follow up on questions asked. Delayed responses to emails ranging anywhere from ten days to one month to no response. A senior team member communicates very rudely with customers and could benefit from anger management counselling. Sadly, the biggest disappointment of all is Sue who does not deliver in any significant measure on the initial promise. This firm delivers very little beyond endless extra stress. A very poor experience at best. Will never be able trust a liquidator again!

   From the get go, professional, proactive and communicated well. HOWEVER we did have a major hitch and that is when AABRS went from good to outstanding. Its when things go wrong that you find out the quality of an organisation and their ability to rectify things and AABRS did it in bucket loads I live in Australia and communication could have been very difficult with the time difference, AABRS never mad me feel isolated or forgotten Thoroughly recommend this company John Allen. Every time I had a question they would call me to go through any issues or concerns I had and this level of care and attention to detail was managed through out the whole process.    I really cannot recommend AABRS highly enough. In a complete meltdown about what to do I called these guys for some advice. Immediately I was given so much information so that I could make an informed decision about our next steps. Naturally we then appointed AABRS and they helped us and guided us through every step of the liquidation process. They were at the end of the phone or email whenever we needed them and always checked in with us. The entire team and everyone we worked with were so professional, compassionate and knowledgeable.
