   They are very friendly and have a wealth of invaluable experience. These brokers think beyond simply buying the property. I used Coreco to successfully purchase an auction lot with bridging finance. I was well advised of the best way forward concerning bridging loan, renovation and refinancing. The mortgage brokers suggested solutions which I hadn't thought of. They also chased my lender and solicitor throughout the process. I was kept fully informed of every stage of the purchasing process. Easy to communicate with. Responded quickly to emails and easy to get hold of directly, which was essential.
