The Manager at this branch created one of the best tasting and purist Cortado. Thank you for demonstrating how a coffee should be made.
Mamo is the most friendliest, accommodating member of staff ever, amazing with adults but can not do enough to make the experience great for kids. So the boring mothers meeting becomes fun for little ones haha
I recently visited Costa Coffee and had a very good experience with their customer service. I urgently needed to use the washroom, and although it is usually for customers only, the receptionist, Taiba, was very helpful and understanding. She kindly gave me the code and allowed me to use it without any hesitation. What I appreciated most was the way she showed kindness and care instead of only thinking from a business point of view. This small act of support really made a difference, and I am very thankful. Excellent service like this makes Costa stand out.
Coffee as always good. Service rubbish. Young server bit too interested in chatting to another ( younger female) customer. Slopped my coffee all over the sides, saucer and tray, no apologies and no offer of cleanup. I had to ask for napkins to clean up the mess. Not good.
Popped in to get a coffee and snack but used the toilet first. Let just say I didn’t order anything after using the toilet
It's always too cold, the tables are often left uncleaned for too long. I don't blame the staff working, rather the amount they need over the amount they have. Toilets are not very clean. The coffee is well prepared and tastes as it should.
I go to Costa everyday. Give this one a miss. Absolutely chaotic inside. Incredible busy and not enough staff to man the shop. Maybe they are trying to cut costs, but in doing so, each customer will be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes to place their orders.
I visit this Costa on average 3 times a week, I will start by saying the staff on a morning are 5 *. Always pleasant with a good morning or how are you, good manners with thank you and please. This review is in no way a reflection of their service. That been said, the shop is severely under staffed, Costa need to give them budget for another member of staff or two. This is more a reflection on Costa hiring policies than the staff themselves. Once or twice a month, I would arrive in the morning about 7.50am with the store opening at 7.30. The doors would be locked, with one member of staff alone inside. They could not open for fire safety until two people are on site, this is understandable and people can be late or ill from time to time. However this past week, I went Friday, Monday and today. Friday a member of staff was stood outside when I arrived at about 7.50am, and still their when I left at 8.15am, no key holder or supervisor to open up the shop. Monday a member of staff was inside alone with the door locked, no one in sight to to open up with them. Lastly today a hand written notice in the door, sorry we will not be opening until 9am. No reason given. Costa! Many people use this shop on a morning and throughout the day. Give them more budget to hire staff so they can have 3 in a morning to open, if one falls ill or late the shop can still serve it's customers! and an extra person through the day. Lunch time and the afternoon this shop is packed, they need staff to run it correctly.
