   Stacy called me just as we were preparing to remortgage and we decided to use her again having gone directly to the lender last time out. Stacy found a better rate than we were able to and dealt with a number of issues raised by the bank that saved us a lot of work and saved us some cash too (where the bank were requiring us to appoint separate solicitors).
