   Lovely spacious pub, great atmosphere. Has wifi, sports TV and hosts live music as well as karaoke. Staff are hospitable and friendly. No dining in that is a shame. Offers a variety of drinks and has a beer garden.

   Best pub in pudsey by far. Live music and really good bar staff. Nice pool table and really good for darts. Drink prices are very reasonable.

   Every single time me and my partner have tried drinking at this pub we are faced with rude, sarcastic customer service. The only thing we can deduct as to why this is the case every time we enter The Golden Lion is that we are both brown and this is a predominately white pub. Perhaps some re-training for your staff to be inclusive and fair to all customers need to be a serious discussion, I will be advising anyone I know about these reoccuring incidences to ensure nobody has the same treatment.

   This place has be rejuvenated by the current owners. A friendly place. The master stroke here is regular live music and decent bands at that. Lots of Northern Soul evenings which are very popular. On these nights the clientele can be on the older side so not really appealing to younger folk but a decent boozer it is.
