Staff are absolutely lovely in here. Recently started coming in with my 18 month old in the week, babyccino is always made with care and never too hot, staff are quick to help bring drinks over or get the door for you. Really lovely atmosphere in there :)
Great visit today - busy but staff very attentive and even brought my dog over a bowl of water. Although a chain the team working there make it feel like a local coffee shop.
Great visit today :) Jobin served me and I wanted to congratulate him on his exceptional customer service. I have an allergy and he was excellent. He talked me through the allergen folder, made sure that he used clean and decontaminated utensils and preparation materials and also made sure to wash his hands before serving me. He was upbeat and friendly throughout. He should be commended for this safe practice!
This Costa is below par. The tables are usually dirty and full of used cups. It takes longer than average for service. Today we were served by Dana who was far too busy with what was going on around us to even use manners. When we gave our order she was preoccupied with what was being said to staff by other customer that she hardly acknowledged us, was very abrupt and cold, and impolite. Very disappointing.
Good coffee and polite staff but as per the majority of Costa’s uncleared dirty tables and food scraps all over the floor.
The ladies serving are really friendly and helpful. They are always busy but always serve with a smile:)
We had a quick refueling break and the chicken sandwich taste so good though it's a bit pricey but it's worth it.. What appealed to me the most was the staff who is friendly and extending here mile to do the service. I love my experience in here Nd for sure will keep coming back for a quick break.
Clean up!!!! 3 people behind the counter. Take a moment. Stop making coffees and clean up. It’s called organisation and order. If this is going to be a coffee only place with no clean spots to sit. Why have it so big and nicely decorated. A message now for the guests: TAKE YOUR STUFF TO THE BINS don’t leave it on the table
