Security where horrible! Discrimination because I have alopecia! Never again, left straight away, was with 15 people for a friend's birthday, won't be coming back thanks
This was awful. Went in with 3 friends to watch the F1 all of us were 21. It was 2pm wanted food and a Diet Coke. Was ID’d to even go inside which is not by the law, I did not have my ID with me but showed the first person who asked a photo of my passport. When we went up to order we were extremely rudely thrown out as it wasn’t sufficient. My ID was simply in the car and all I wanted was some food and a Diet Coke. The staff member really embarrassed me in front of my friends. The environment was not welcoming and I would not return
Had a wonderful meal here recently. Food was fabulous and the staff were great and very helpful with my gluten free needs. Thank you, we will definitely be back
This was a fantastic pub to visit, with live entertainment making the atmosphere! Karaoke is fun and interactive with anyone allowed to get up, counter is well-presented too. Me and my friend enjoy Sourz shots on a deal, appreciating the style of the rich architecture too!
Nice friendly local. Good prices and pleasant staff. Sent wife shopping and enjoyed a pint and Racing on TV
Only 3 out of 5 because of TVs literally on every wall. No Cask ales. Now for the good part. Prices are cheap £6.25 for a pint of John Smith's and a double Gordon's Pink Gin and lemonade, with fruit. The bus stop to Cullingworth literally outside the door is another reason we come here.
Great pub in Halifax town centre. Clean and spacious inside. Good variety of drinks. Pleasant staff.
Not been in for a while but wow the place just looks and smells amazing plus always nice to see Gerry a very freindly & welcoming face known around Halifax area s for a lot more of her kindness plus big heart - This pub is in great hands wow what a make over
Not been for a couple of years, but it was a very hot Monday and I was off work. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Lots of choice to drink, which you would expect as it is a pub. Pub was busy, maybe due to the weather or could have been the afternoon karaoke which is a regular thing from what I heard.
