They have very competitive pricing on almost all car parts they source and sell. Most other garages or spares shops will charge more than them for the same parts.
I was in need of a replacement wheel cylinder as soon as possible, as my existing one had crumbled into pieces and I was due to go away in a few days. I noticed they had the brand I wanted, so I went in to enquire about the part, and even though I wasn't able to get it as an urgent order or the next day due to it being Saturday, they were able to get it sorted for Monday, to which I returned and found the part ready to collect - just in time for getting it all sorted before I went away. Top marks from me!

Ordered some jb weld advertised at 2400F, recieved jb weld 1000F. I called company to let them know I recieved wrong item. Spoke to someone called Barney who said he would look into it. He called me back later to say jb weld do not do that temperature anymore, even though BFC advertised it. I was told to return it to get refund. I done this and after not receiving a refund I called again and was assured I would get a refund. This has happened 3 times and still no refund. I am getting tired of being blanked.
I've been a customer of BFC for about 9 years now and i must say their service is impeccable, very friendly staff and clear cut prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone
