I visited this shop for the first time today and was absolutely disgusted with the customer service. The owner was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge me or my husband properly. We felt completely ignored and unwelcome. Definitely not the experience you expect when visiting a local business for the first time. I won’t be returning.

my engine now with this oil, sings like an angel oils doing a good job can't fault it. I do look forward to doing more business with you in the future I have a few old vehicles that need proper oil and lubrication, let's face it new synthetic oil doesn't do the job its good to see there are still companies like yourself genuine good stuff thumbs up all the way absolute pleasure thank you for your services.
Lovely customer service they really are RAPID .. normally as a female i would feel a bit uncomfortable going to a place like this but these brothers were very respectful and kind ..fixed car battery in under 10 mins didn't charge for fitting polite and helpful As well .This is my new number one car parts place in bradford May ALLAH SWT bless their business. Great price for genuine oil ,oil filter even Toyota rrg selling after market oil selling as genuine but hey these guys on the ball great service well recommend don't bother with Toyota Bradford go straight to rapid for all genuine Toyota hybrid parts....
First time visited this place as my battery had completely gone on Sunday and just wanted to say Alhamdulliah what a great place and excellent customer service. The brother inside was very helpful and fitted my battery within 5 minutes and as he made me wait a little while he didn't charge me for fitting in my battery.
