I was purchasing a battery charger on Christmas eve. However when I returned to my car, the battery was fully dead. A young man called Umar was extremely helpful, went the extra mile to locate (BMW F31: under cabin wing) and jump the battery to get me going again. Hi. On the 02/12/25 I bought online as a guest a Masterplug Mode 2 EV Charge Cable 5m UK 13A Plug to Type 2. On the 04/12/25 you took from my account the payment with a sum of £129.99. Delivery was supposed to be in 3-5 business days. To this day I haven't received the item or any email confirming the order. Can I know why? Thank you for the information

Excellent quick advice and support from Halfords cashier/ receptionist who told me Halfords could supply and fit the brake bulb . A very competent young man did exactly that . An excellent first class service
I ordered an item online, it was supposed to be ready to pick up in a week. Then a few days later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled, no explanation. Tried calling customer services but was just on hold for ages and then it cut off. Called them again a few days later as was too busy to chase them, they told me the store should've called me. I had been into the store previously to look for the item and the service in was very poor, two blokes talking to each other at the door and not serving. So I'm not surprised I didn't get a call from them. As they didnt have the item I then ordered online, thinking that the item would be sent from a warehouse and surely that was why it would be aa week before it was ready to collect! However, what kind of system is it that you order something and then you wait a few days to then discover they haven't got it? I need the item urgently. If they didn't have it, that should have been made clear so I could find it elsewhere. I will avoid halfords like the plague in future.
Went for the MOT and everyone said oh they will find stuff wrong and charge you. They found 2 things and sorted them out FOR FREE as they were minor. So am i happy with what they di, do i trust them, are they honest and good? YES YES and YEAS
Always have what I need in stock and useful to have an actual shop you can go to to get what you need straight away. I've bought all sorts from here whether it be for car or motorcycle, even bicycle equipment and maintenance and the staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable if I have any questions. Would definitely recommend!
